双燃料机组具有柴油机组的卓越可靠性,同时具有燃气机组的经济和环保的优点.我司吸收先进技术,攻克技术难关,通过ECU自动控制技术的运用,使发动机能够在柴油和天然气(或沼气)双燃料状态下工作,又能实现柴油和燃气之间的切换(没有燃气时,可全部靠柴油运行),它由柴油启动,随着负载增加燃气投入量相应加大,正常情况下燃气可替换60%---80%的柴油,大大降低运行成本,同时降低排放污染.

1、可以节省大量的柴油消耗，有效降低成本。双燃料发电机组在双燃料工作状态时，额定功率与纯柴油工作状态下相当，其动力性与原柴油机相同。在高负荷工况时，天然气替代率可达到70%。

2、无天然气时，完全可以转换到纯柴油工作模式。

通过燃料选择开关，可以进行柴油或双燃料工作模式的切换。可以从柴油模式转换到双燃料模式，或者从双燃料模式转换到柴油模式。后者是可以自动进行切换。当工作在柴油模式时候，双燃料控制单元关闭天然气控制，切换到仅用柴油工作，此时，与原柴油机一样进行工作。当工作在双燃料模式时候，柴油被限制在某一固定油量（通常为满负荷的20%-30%左右），剩余的动力需求用天然气来满足。

At that time , its operational principle is same as diesel generator set . When the dual fuel generator set working under dual fuel mode , diesel fuel will be controlled at limited capacity ( normally at 20% to 30% of full loading ) , rest power will be achieved by natural gas
