备注：
1)材料焊接次数不超过2次。
2)焊接时请不要压LED灯珠。
3)焊接后温度未回降到常温时请不要压叠线路板。
4）手工焊接时，烙铁温度不高于280℃，每个焊脚焊接时间不超过2.5秒。
贮存要求:
1）未使用LED贴片之前不要打开防静电袋。
2）LED在未开封之前应保存在30℃以下阴凉处，湿度在60%以下的环境中，最长保存期为2年。
3）打开包装未使用完的LED贴片灯需保存在30℃/50%湿度以下的条件，且必须在5天内使用完。
4）如果拆掉真空包装袋时间比较长，则LED必须经过烘烤除湿才能使用，烘烤条件为：60±5℃，12个小时。
SMD注意事项：
A.SMD LED需密封保存在干燥的环境下，防止LED吸湿受潮。
B.使用前，确保真空袋完好，（如：包装袋破损，漏气，需重新除湿再使用，才不会容易出现死灯现象）。
C.建议应用厂家：拆开包装袋后，连转盘一起直接放进烤箱，调节温度60-70度，烘烤12小时以上，再拿出焊接过回流焊。
D.SMD焊接建议客户采用回流焊，不建议用烙铁进行手工焊接，烙铁温度一般都超出300度，容易烧坏芯片。
E.回流焊温度采用220-250度焊接比较合适。
