高密度聚氨酯管托 High densityPU     

    高密度聚氨酯管托系由异氰酸盐与聚醚为主原料，再加上发泡剂、触媒和阻燃剂，经高速搅拌混合反应生成的具有塑胶、橡胶和软木特性的发泡聚合体。泡体是由成千上万极微小均匀的独立细胞组成，呈立体蜂窝式的结构。其热传导率低、抗压强度高、吸水率低，有沥青木制品及其他类衬垫物难以比拟的优良性质，是深冷管道管托、鞍座及低温设备垫块的理想材料。在国内及欧美国家用于石油化工基地、LNG液化气厂、冷链基地及中央空调系统之管托、支吊架及垫块等。

     

      High densityPUR/PUFis anewkind of foaming polymer with the features of plastic, rubber and softwood. It is created through high speed stirring with the main raw material of isocyanate and polyether added withvesicant,catalyst orflameretardants. The foaming body is a structure like a three-dimensional honeycomb, which is made up of ten thousands of isolated cells. It haslow thermal conductivity,high compressive strength, and low water adsorption, it has excellent properties which asphalt-wood products and other pads difficult to compare.It’s ideal material for cold pipe supportsandequipment pads.It is used as pipe supports, cradles andequipment pads in petrochemical industry, LNG liquefied gas factory, cold-chain base and central air conditioner both in domestic and foreign.
