产品名称：BJW51防爆温控器
防爆温度控制器按照GB3836-2000<爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备》的有关规定制造，防爆标志“EDIIBT4”，产品分陆用和船用两类，适用于二区爆炸性气体混合物T1-T4温度级别场合自动控制管线或罐体的截至工艺温度。

温度主要由芯盒1、接线盒2、盒座3、温控元件和测温毛细管4、温度调节盒5、胶封材料等组成。芯盒里装有温控元件。温控元件调节轴和测温毛细管采用隔爆结构和胶封结构，工控制电缆的进线和出线使用。产品结构见下图
3、温控器工作原理
温控器感温包接触到的被控介质温度升高时，温包中的液体受热膨胀，当被控介质超过设定温度时，T1,T2触点断开，于是自动切断电源，停止伴热。此时，感温包温度慢慢降低；当温度低于设定温度时，触点T1/T2重新闭合，又自动恢复送点。
4、温控器的安装使用与维护
（1）打开温控器接线盒盖，拧下接套，将进、出线电缆各自穿过接套、压圈、橡胶密封圈进入接线腔。
（2）在工作电压为220V/110V的单项系统中，将进出线中各自一根芯线分别装在T1和T2接线柱上，剩下的一根进线和一根出线接在短接线柱上，然后拧开接套，上紧接线盒螺钉。
（3）在380V三相系统中，必须增加一只交流接触器KM，将其主触点接入负载回路，温控器的触点T1，T2接入220V或380V的控制回路，通过KM线圈得电、失电来控制负荷的通与断。安装时，来自配电箱的一根二芯控制电缆通过一只线嘴进入接线腔，接在温控器T1/T2触点上，另一只线嘴空着不用
