风机特点
风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风集流器、导流片、电动机等部件组成。叶轮采用有子午加速特点的若干个空间扭曲形叶片焊接在轮毂上，经动平衡校验，超速试验，确保有良好的空气动力性能。
机壳采用圆筒形，与消音功能的集风器联接成整体。出口装有导流片，气流分布均匀，压力稳定。HTF（PYHL-14A）型风机具有HTF系列消防排烟风机的电机外循环冷却系统结构，帮适用于消防排烟。

HL3-2A系列低噪声节能混流式通风机和HT F(PYHL-14A)系列高温度排烟混流式通风机，是介于轴流式和离心式通风机之间的一种新型风机，它具有离心风机高压力和轴流风机大流量的双重特性，并且具有高效节能、低噪声、安装方便等特点。
HL3-2A系列通风机设计新颖、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、易安装，与老式的离心式通风机相比可节电20%，转速小于4P时，噪声低于75dB(A)，风机联接管道或安装在空调(风机)箱内时，噪声小于70dB(A)。可替代2000pa以下的中、低压离心风机，广泛用于工业，民用建筑的通风空调除尘等。
HTF(PYHL-14A)系列高温排烟通风机是HTF系列高温排烟风机的派生型产品，不但具有HL3-2A型通风机的特性，而且能在300℃左右环境温度中正常运转60分种，既能起通风换气，又能起高温排烟的双重功效，是隧道、地铁、地下商场、地下仓库、地下车库等场合的理想消防配套设施，深受设计院和用户的欢迎。
