整体加重钻杆
整体加重钻杆是由AISI 4145H合金钢制成,材料经过全部热处理,所有物理性能符合最新颁布的API规范7之规定。加重钻杆是普通钻杆与钻铤之间的过渡钻柱段,它能有效的缓解钻铤与钻杆在结合中过渡段的应力集中,提供钻压、并能有效的减少钻柱与井壁的联接面积及外径磨损率。钻杆中部有一部分加厚段,接头和中间加厚部分的钻杆敷焊硬质合金成耐磨带,可以有效的保护钻杆不受磨损。加重钻杆能够代替钻铤解决在较软的地质构造情况下,垂直钻井所出现的一系列问题,其优点包括:
1、减少高速钻井、深井钻井的扭矩
2、用更少的时间带动钻柱的钻铤部分
3、减少工具接头疲劳损害
4、便于钻柱的运转和操作
5、能帮助保持定向井的走向
山西维高整体加重钻杆,在两端接头和中间加厚部分敷焊有标准的耐磨带,其中公、母扣两端各有4″宽的耐磨带(根据客户需要山西维高可以在母扣端18°台肩斜面上敷焊1″宽的耐磨带),中央加厚部分有3″宽的耐磨带。耐磨带厚度不超过相邻管面1/8″(可根据客户需要加厚耐磨带厚度)
Integral Heavy Weight Drill Pipe
Made from AISI 4145H alloy steel and fully heat treated, all its physical properties conform to the latest API Spec 7. Heavy drill pipe is the transition section between ordinary Kelly and drill collar. It can relieve the stress concentration of the combition of drill collar and Kelly during the transition. Besides, it can provide drill pressure and reduce the linked area of drill stem and side wall, as well as wear rate of OD. There is an upset section in the middle of drill pipe. The drill pipe and joint are welded with cemented carbidehardbanding, which can effectively keep the pipe from wearing. HWDP can replace drill collar and solve series of problems appearing in the vertical well of softer geologic structure. Its advantages are as follows:
1. Reducing torque in high-rpm or deep drilling.
2. Bring along the drill collar of stem within Less time
3. Reducing the tiresome damage of tool-joint connection
4. Easy for the stem's handling and operation
5. Helpful for keeping the direction of directional well.
