硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料，为最为传统专业，且使用广泛的低温绝热材料，是以聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯为主要原料，辅以阻燃剂、发泡剂和稳定剂等，经混合、搅拌产生化学反应而形成发泡体。闭孔率高，吸水率低。因其为低导热的闭孔发泡体，且有一定的阻燃性能，故被用作保冷和低温范围的保温材料。其广泛应用于石油化工、生物制药、乙烯、冷库、食品储藏及家庭用具电冰箱和建筑工业中隔墙、壁板等行业的保温领域。应用时，可以由生产厂家预制成板状或管壳状等成品，也可以现场灌注发泡。
Rigid Polyurethane Foamis a professional cryogenic insulation material.It is mainly made from polyetherpolyolsplus isocyanate added with flame retardant,foaming agentandstabilizing agentand it changes into foaming body through chemical reaction after mixed and stirred. It has high rate of closed cells and low water absorption.As a result, it is usually used as cold insulation and heat preservation at low temperatures.
