1 描述（DESCRIPTION）

本电源将是85Vac ~265Vac交流输入电压转换成直流电压37DC，恒定输出电流400mA。将用于给T8日光灯管LED进行供电。This is a series of general purpose AC/DC adapters which convert 85Vac ~265Vac to a DC voltage of 45. with rated output current of 320mA.Would afford T8 LED。

4.保护功能(PROTECTION)

4.1过压保护(Over Voltage Protection)

The maximum output voltage shall be 120%~150%Vo and The power supply shall not resume normal operation after the over voltage is removed.

4.2短路保护(Short Circuit Protection)

Shorting of output will not cause power supply to damage, or any safety hazard. The power supply shall resume normal operation after the short is removed.

4.3输入保护Input  Protection

The power supply has a 1A Fuse to protect itself. And it’s not resume normal operation after the malfunction was removed.

5.可靠性（RELIABILITY）

5.1 MTBF

The MTBF of the charger shall be 50000 hours minimum while operated at 25^°C ambient, 120/230Vac input line voltage and maximum output current and voltage .

5.2开关ON/OFF

The LED power should withstand at least 3000 switch ON/OFF at worst case environmental parameter and full load.

5.3电源循环工作测试POWER CIRCLE WOER TEST

  在正常输入电压，最大使用负载工作情况，电源在环境温度为50℃—负10℃—50℃之间循环工作。操作方法如下：

1),将电源放在环境温度为50℃环境下，工作12小时。

2），电源停止工作，并放入室温内冷却4小时。

3），再将电源放入-10℃环境下，工作12小时。

4），电源停止工作，并放入室温内冷却4小时。

5），将电源放在环境温度为50℃环境下，工作12小时。

   At the normal AC voltage input and full load condition .The power supply would circle work at the Environment temperature50℃, -10℃,50℃            

Step 1: 50℃Environment temperature work 12 hours

Step 2: Stop working and put the power supply on the room temperature and wait for 4hours.

Step 3: -10℃Environment temperature work 12 hours

Step 4: Stop working and put the power supply on the room temperature and wait for 4hours.

Step 5: 50℃Environment temperature work 12 hours
