应用
各种橡胶、硅胶垫片，圈形筒状产品的快速切割成型。可将原始单腔模或一模多腔制作的截面为矩形的产品（如垫圈）通过改模具，将产品做成一模一腔，成型为筒状的产品，利用本产品等距切割成型，可大大提高效率（节省多腔填料，单个产品修边工时，解放劳动力）提高产品精度（因多型腔的差异，模具老化造成的产品差异）。本机切割运行精度0.01mm，复位精度0.01mm，产品误差±0.03mm，切割表面光洁度可达 ，可大大节省多模腔废边材料。

特点
1. 标准型采用程序控制自动脱料（减少了以前需要通过更换夹具来完成脱料过程的繁琐），产品切割完毕后，安装在机头部的脱料装置自动伸出将产品顶出，并通过收集框收集所切好的产品；

主要功能
1. 如调整产品切割厚度，只需在液晶触摸屏内输入切割参数即可；

2. 进刀的行程和速度可以调节。通过调节汽缸上的限位开关和缓冲器，能够调节刀具的进刀行程，通过调节汽缸两头的节流阀可以控制进、退刀的速度，通过调节缓冲器尾部的旋钮可以调节刀具切进产品的速度；

3. 刀架轴向的移动速度可以在0～200mm/s内调整；

4. 刀具退刀时间可以调整；

5. 刀具进刀可以调整延时时间
