混凝土路缘液压成型机是根据市场需求，经过多次实验研究成功，该机系四柱式同步液压机，上下横梁均采用优质钢板焊接而成，结构紧凑，设计合理，经使用和各级专家鉴定，均评定本机压力大，结构独特，双缸同步平衡，是制作大型混凝土砖的优质设备。该机工作台面大，立柱间距1400MM,立柱均采用实心钢材加工而成，该机可生产1000*500*250（MM）以下各种规格形状的水泥制品。如：护坡砖、路缘石砖、水沟盖板等。双缸并列中心距为600 MM ，活塞同步准确，压力均匀，油缸均采用优质钢材铸造而成，活塞经精细加工后再镀硬铬，保证油缸密封性能及使用寿命。该机配备日本三菱电脑控制系统，对整机的电路系统起了良好的保护作用。该机各种电器及液压元件均采用名牌产品。该机配套有自动脱模装置、皮带输送机、储料斗、升降机、液压站、运转车。使用该机生产的制品尺寸准确、边角均匀、抗压、强度高，外观精美。
