 QT4—18砌块成型机

1.  控制系统:电脑控制。人机界面，控制电器采用日本欧姆龙等品牌，控制程序结合20年实际生产经验，结合国际发展潮流而研发，以满足国情，实现无需专业人士，只需简单培训即可掌握操作功能。强大的内存可备升级之需。

2.  .振动器：采用电液技术驱动，多源式振动系统，在电脑控制下由液压驱动产生垂直同步驱动，频幅可调，实现低频加料，高频成型的工作原理，对不同原材料可获得良好振实效果，振动加速度可达17.5个G.

3.  成型机架：采用高强型钢及特种焊接工艺制造，极其坚固。

4.  导向柱：采用超强特种钢材制成，表面镀铬具有良好的抗扭与耐磨能力。

5.  模腔与压头：机电液同步驱动，同一托板制品高度误差极小，产品一致性好。

6.  布料器：采用传感与液压比例驱动技术，在摆动布料车及拱破机构作用下，产品强制离心泄料，布料快速均匀，对薄壁多排空制品特别有利。

7.  贮料分料装置：由电脑控制物料供给，避免物料受外因影响而产生内压，确保供料一致，使制品强度误差极小。

高效、超强的激振系统设计，利用电脑控制液压系统的流量压力，实现垂直同步振动、变频、刹车，并双端合成输出，均衡高效地将振激力传至模箱各部，较大地提高产品密实度和模箱的使用寿命。

布料系统采取半封闭网状旋转强制布料，布料均匀而迅速，确保制品强度一致。

配备专用的液压码板机，可轻松实现大产量、节省大量人力、养护堆场及流动资金的投入。
