USER INSTRUCTIONS

These KN95 class respirators with valve are suitable with the case of concentration up to 10 times PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit).They are made of high efficiency filter layers with electrostatic charged and the valve in the middle can reduce hot air and the umulation of moisture which is easy for breath. Solid cup style design can increase the internal space and make it comfortable for wearing. They are designed to protect against non-oil particles such as those from Foundry Industry,Laboratory, Priming paint,Cleaning,Chemical Pesticides, Solvent Cleaning, Painting,Printing,Electroplating,Electronic,Food Processing Industry,Car-ship Building,Ink Dyeing, Environmental disinfection,Grinding,Sawing, Bagging, Coal, Flour, Metal, Wood Processing, Pollen and other solid substance free of oil. From additional information on the use mendations for this glass of mask, please consult your supervisor or the manufacturer. 

1. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations concerning the use of the respirator and/or failure to wear the 
respirator for the whole duration of exposure to contaminants can seriously reduce the performance characteristics of the respirator and lead to illness, injury or death.

2. Before use, the wearer must first be trained by the employer in the correct use of the respirator in ordance with applicable safety and health standards.

3. OSHA standards including 29CFR1910.134 (e) (5) and CSA standard Z94.4-93 require that the wearer be fit-tested.

4. Discard the respirator and replace with a new one if:(Excessive clogging of the respirator causes breathing difficulty；The respirator es damaged.)

5. Leave the contaminated area if dizziness, irritation or other distress urs. 

USE LIMITATIONS

Do NOT use the respirator or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstances:

• Atmosphere contains less than 19.5% oxygen

• For protection against gases or vapors

• Contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health

• Concentrations or contaminants exceed maximum use concentrations in applicable OSHA standards or applicable government regulations or 10 times the PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit).

1. 未按照本产品使用说明使用或超出使用限制，或在接触有害物过程中一直佩戴，都会降低本产品的防护功能，并可能导致疾病甚至死亡。

使用限制

当进入以下污染环境，禁止使用口罩：

• 本产品不产生氧气，不能在氧气浓度低于19.5%的缺氧环境中使用；

• 防止气体或蒸汽；

• 不能在有害物未知或浓度达到立即威胁生命和健康的环境中使用；

• 不能在污染物浓度超过OSHA标准，或政府法规范围，或有害物浓度超过10倍职业允许暴露限值的情况下使用。

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these instructions each time respirator is worn

1. Hold the respirator in one hand with the nosepiece at your fingertips, allowing the headbands to hang below your hand.

2. Press the respirator against your face with the nosepiece on the bridge of your nose.

3. Move the bottom band over your head and position it below your ears. Place the top band high on the back of your head.

4. Using both hands to adjust the nosepiece to the shape of your nose.

5. Test the fit. Both hands over the respirator and exhale vigorously. If air flows around your nose, tighten the nosepiece. If air leaks around the edges, reposition the bands for better fit.

Fit-check the face-seal as follows

• Place both hands over the respirator without disturbing its position.

• Exhale sharply.

• If you detect air leaks, readjust the head straps or the position.

WARNING

Do NOT use the respirator with beards or other facial hair that interferes with direct contact between the face and the edge of the respirator, or any other conditions that may prevent a good face-seal.

佩戴说明

每次佩戴口罩时，请遵循下述步骤：

1. 手捧口罩，指尖位于鼻夹位置，让头带自由垂落。

2. 将口罩套于脸部，同时保证口罩的鼻条能紧贴鼻子，以确保密合性。

3. 将下头带拉至于颈部，位于耳后，同时上头带拉至头部后面较上的位置。

4. 使用双手调整鼻条的形状，以确保密合性。

5. 佩戴测试：用双手捂住口罩呼气，若感觉有气体从鼻子处露出，收紧鼻夹；如果空气从边缘漏出，重新调整头带，确保密合性。

佩戴密合性检查如下:

 • 双手捂住口罩但不移动口罩位置

 • 快速呼气

• 如果你发现漏气，请重新调整头带位置

警告：

当面部胡须，毛发或其他情况影响面部与口罩密封垫之间的密合性时不能使用本产品。
