This is the Titan XL295 Sprayer. It is found at your local big box store. It is capable of spraying up to a .017 tip size which means that it will spray oil-based paints and stains as well as latex paints and stains. It comes complete with a gun and hose and is ready to spray out of the box. They come with a collapsible cart that folds down flat and their patented SureFlo Valve that prevents the inlet ball from sticking.
