Battery Capacity Tester (12V-48V self-adaptive) DK-TBF01
DK-BDF01 battery capacity tester is a dedicated instrument for measuring capacity of 12V-48V batteries (1-4 12V series connected battery pile) by means of electrical load. The charger features completely digital displays which are precise and visual. The instrument features a full digital display for showing the readings urately and clearly. It has 20 positions for discharging current adjustment. No external power supply is needed. Small in size and light in weight, it is convenient and portable for outdoor work. It can be used to test batteries of a wide range of voltage. It’s an instrument especially suitable for testing of a single battery or a battery pile by inpidual users and battery repair stores, battery sales stores, whole-vehicle sales and production factories.

1. Discharging current: 5A constant current, ±0.5%
2. It is self-adaptive to the discharging of batteries of different voltages. Manufactured by Hangzhou DeKang Battery Repair Instrument Co., Ltd
End-of-discharge voltage to be computed as 10.5V per battery,
Examples: end-of-discharge voltage of one battery is 10.5V, and that of 2, 3, and 4 batteries is 21V, 31.5V, and 42V respectively.
3. The instrument is powered by batteries to be tested, with consumed current being tallied into the discharge current, and no external power supply is needed.
4. Two 3 1/2 digital displays show umulated discharging time and battery voltage or discharging current respectively. The display can be switch between voltage and current via a toggle.
5. A cooling fan is in place to ensure the system can work continuously without overheating.
6. It has polarity protection and reverse connection protection functions.
