脱硫活性炭简介：
脱硫活性炭是一种含硫材料制成的外观呈黑色、无味、无毒，内部孔隙结构发达。比表面积大，吸附能力强的一类微晶质碳素材料，是一种常用的吸附剂。 活性炭按外观形状分为：粉状、颗粒状、不规则颗粒状、圆柱形、球型和纤维状等。脱硫活性炭指的是在汽油精制过程中，利用活性炭负载磺化钛氰钴，对原油中超标硫醇进行脱除，从而减少汽油含硫量，提高品质。符合国家环保排放的要求。
脱硫活性炭特点：
① 比表面积大、吸附值高。作为装载磺化钛氰钴的活性炭，要求亚甲蓝吸附值要高，中孔发达，负载量超过普通活性炭。
② 强度好，不易碎。由于负载磺化钛氰钴活性炭，要在固定床中反复接受压力考验，溶液浸泡，所以要求强度要高，颗粒最好是自然形状。
③ 灰份杂质含量少。为了确保催化剂顺利进行化学反应，要尽量减少炭中灰份，金属离子等各种杂质含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。
④ 水分低。尽可能保持活性炭最低水分，避免影响其功能发挥。
脱硫活性炭原料：
活性炭脱硫剂有两种:一种是用于粗脱硫的普通活性炭脱硫剂,还有一种是用于精脱硫的改性活性炭脱硫剂.前者常以煤为原料,以焦油为胶粘剂挤条成型后经炭化处理,再用水蒸气活化,经筛分后制成.后者常选用已成型的活性炭,用活性炭金属盐容液等浸渍后,再经干燥、焙烧和过筛后制得.如在活性炭上涂渍上乙醇胺等可以使活性炭得以改性,能脱除大部分的有机硫醚.

脱硫活性炭用途：
广泛用于冶金、载银、电镀、轻工、石化、食品、医药、印染、味精、油脂脱色、溶剂回收、催化剂载体、空气净化、水处理、三聚氰氨、糖用、液相用、清塔、吸油、各种精脱硫等。对气体与液体的除臭、除毒、脱色有很好的效果。
