Performance and Features:
DK-BDC01 36v/48v universe intelligent charger is a high performance automatic charger for electric bicycle controlled by double SCM. It can identify automatically voltage of pile and charge the umulator pile of 5-30AH 36V and 48V. It adopts a full digital display which is urate and clear. Parameters for charge can be customized. It boasts small volume, light weight and multi-protections and is especially suitable for fanciers, upkeep stores of battery for optimized charge and daily maintenance.
Main functions as follows:
Multiple charge modes:
This charger has four charge modes, namely standard mode, fast mode, maintenance mode and pulse desulfurization mode.
Charged power display function: the charger is able to display the charged power at real time.
36/48V auto identification:
For each startup or installation of battery, the charger will automatically test and identify voltage of pile before start of charge.
Temperature compensation:
Inspect temperature of air inlet, and automatically rectify the charging parameters based on ambient temperature, assuring proper charge in all year.
Intelligent judgment of charge terminating：
In comply with the default or customer-selected charge mode as well as different parameters defined, the charger will automatically and intelligently judge the cut-off voltage and charging voltage and current.
Timeout protection during constant voltage stage:
The charger enters constant voltage stage ording to user’s setting and stops charging when time is out, avoiding damage caused to umulator due to overcharging because of the delayed removal of the battery.
Setting of customer parameters:
umulator capacity, constant voltage level, current transfer level, current reduction during constant voltage, timeout during constant voltage stage can all be customized or reset to default setting.
Overheat protection:
When it is overheat, the charger will stop working to ensure the safety of the charger and the umulator.
Reverse connection protection:
The charger won’t work when the polarity of the battery is reversed, and hence efficiently protects the charger and the battery.
Tricklet+ desulphurization of pulse:
It may desulphurize and recover capacity of umulator spared for a long time or sulfurized umulator.
Capacity test:
After discharging 100% of the umulator, charge fully the umulator with charger. The electricity charged is basically equivalent to capacity of the pile, so that DK-BDC01 charger can be used to test capacity of 36V or 48V umulator.
