云母介绍：                                                     

   云母的特性是有较高的绝缘强度和较大的电阻、较低的电介质损耗和抗电弧、耐电晕等优良的介电性能、耐高温和温度急剧变化并具有绝缘性、耐热性、耐酸碱、抗压和剥分性等特性。而且质地坚硬，机械强度高，有光泽、物理化学性能稳定，且具有良好的隔热性、弹性和韧性、耐热隔音、热膨胀系数小等性能外，又具有片体表面光华、径厚比大、形态规则、附着力强等特点。

 云母在涂料中的应用介绍：                                     

    白云母的密度为2．7～2．8g／cm。。硬度为2．0～2．25，拉伸强度为1700~3600MPa，折光率为1_552～

1．624。它是一种具有隔热、绝缘、防潮、防腐、抗紫外线、耐老化的无机矿物材料。

    以天然云母为原料加工制备的云母粉体具有较高的径厚比HAR)和良好的润滑性，云母薄片在涂膜中呈现平行排列，有效地提高和改善了涂膜的机械性能和抗伸缩性能。再则云母薄片所具有的极强抗紫外线功能，使涂料中树脂的C—A、C—C、C—H等化合键得到有效保护，云母粉在其中起着防老化剂和稳定剂的双重作用。

1、可大大提高涂料的抗老化性能；

2、增强涂层的耐候性

3、防止龟裂，变色，延迟粉化；

4、耐大气老化性，抗力强等特点。

可用于生产：防水涂料，防锈涂料，绝缘涂料，防火涂料，路标涂料，防污染涂料，防高温涂料，其它特种涂料等。

Introduction of Application of Muscovite in Various Industries

1. Mud additive for well drilling, serving as sealant;

2. Used in roofing materials, providing waterproof, warmth retention, thermal insulation and decoration;

3. Used in mineral wool resin and coating mixture, serving as decorative coating of exterior wall built with concrete, stone materials and bricks;

4. Used as protective coating of welding electrode, conductor and cable;

5. Used as filler for fuel consumption, pipe mortar and cementing agent, filler for decorative coating, absorptive marl, ceiling, concrete, and cement mortar, in order to enhance the strength of cement mortar;  

6. Used as lubricant in rubber products and filler for high-intensity electrical insulation products and products with heat resistance andacid and alkali resistance. Used as filler for tire retreading, and used as lubricant between inner tube and outer tube in tire manufacture. When applied in oak-plastics, it can enhance its mechanical strength,toughness, adhesive force, aging resistance andcorrosion resistance;

7. Used in paint to reflect light and heat and reduce the damage to paint film caused by ultraviolete and other light and heat, enhance the acid and alkali resistance and electrical insulation of the coating, brighten and beautify the coating, and increase its aging resistance, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, hardiness and density, reduce its permeability, prevent speckle and crack, improve its ability to resist oil and water corrosion and prevent paint precipitation, thus it is also the ideal filler for important ant-corrosive coatings. It is also used as coating for models in casting metals and as coating for electroplating groove;

8. Used as additive in frost-resistant and sun-proof paint ointment, as blending agent in sealed paint ash, and as powder suspension in dry powder extinguisher;

9. Mica can also be made into mica paper, micanite, mica ceramics, pearlescent pigment made of mica, mica melt casting products;  

10. Mica scrap and mica powder can be processed into mica paper, and can also be made into various low-cost insulating materials with uniform thickness instead of mica plate.
