仪表由弹性元件,控制机构、调整机构、指示装置,表壳及接线盒等组成。
其工作原理是:在介质压力作用下,弹簧管末断产生位移,当压力达到所设定的控制值时,推动微动开关产生瞬间开关动作,使控制系统中的电路得以通断切换,达到自动控制或发出信号的目的。
The instrument is composed of elastic element, control mechanism, adjusting mechanism, indicating device, watch case and wiring box and so on.
Its working principle is: Under the medium pressure, the spring tube terminal produces displacement. When pressure reaches the control value set, the jogging switch is promoted to produce instant switch movement. This makes the electric circuit in control system on-and-off so that the purpose of automatic control or sending out the signal is reached.
五、使用与调整(Use and adjustment):
1. 设定值调整(Setting value adjustment):
(一)将仪表和精密压力表(可用自身的压力表)连接在压力校验台上,然后按下图接通电源:
Connect the instrument and the precise manometer (your own manometer available) on the pressure checking table. Then connect the power source ording to the following drawing:
所用材料(Materials to be used):1.5V电池两节(two 1.5V batteries)3V灯泡二个(two 3V light bulbs)
(二)升压,将螺丝刀插入调整窗孔内,通过旋拧调整螺钉进行设定值调整,当指示灯产生瞬间亮或灭时,其指针指示的压力值应正好为设定值。
Raise the pressure and insert the screwdriver to the adjustment window hole. Adjust the setting value by turning and twisting the adjusting screw. When indicator light produces instant bright or extinguishes, the pressure value that the indicator indicated should happen to be the setting value.
2. 现场调整(Adjustment on-the-spot):
通过设定值调整,将仪表装机后或在使用中,若示值偏离设定值,利用仪表的指示装置进行现场调整。
After the setting value is adjusted and the instrument is packed, or when the instrument is in use, if the indicating value deviates the setting value, the instrument can be adjusted on-the-spot by using its indicating device.
3. 仪表的选用(Instrument selection):
选用仪表时,应按其使用的最大压力值再加三分之一进行计算选用。The instrument should be chosen by calculating the maximum value of its use plus 1/3 of this value.
4. 仪表在使用过程中,应经常保持干燥、洁净,并定期进行检修,以确保其准确,可靠地工作。
In the process of using, the instrument should be kept dry and clean frequently, and should be overhauled regularly so as to ensure that it works urately and reliably.
