NJP-2型-1800型系列全自动胶囊充填机是将粉状、颗粒或小片等物料充填入空心胶囊内的设备,是我厂吸收国内外同类产品的优点结合国内实际情况，结合我厂原来的老机型精心改良设计的，更方便用于操作自行研制的最先进充填机器，生产过程完全符合GMP规范。
全自动胶囊充填机主要特点：
•改进了模转盘内部设计，采用原装日本直线轴承，保证了设备的精度以及使用寿命。
•采用凸轮下置设计，增加了压力雾化油泵，保持凸轮槽内润滑，减少磨损，延长零部件使用寿命。
•选用加大凸轮分度箱，成为国内少数几家采用RU125与RU100分度箱配套使用的企业，虽增加了成本，但大大提高了机器的稳定性与使用寿命。
•采用电脑控制，无级变频调速，数码显示达到操作方便，醒目直观。
•采用对计量盘下平面为基础,三维调节机构,间隙均匀,保证了装量差异,计量准确控制在±3.5%内。
•增加设计了胶囊控制开关（在机体外控制，更安全便捷）。
•增加了点动控制系统，便于生产及清洗中的人性化操作。
