螺杆、机筒材质为38CrMoAL/A氮化处理,耐磨。
严格的温控精度，风冷水冷相结合冷却。

带沟面喂料底套的螺筒，具有增强进料功能，为高速高产挤出提供了保证。
该机与相应的辅机配套更换不同的螺杆，可生产管管材、异型材、中空、薄膜、板材、片材、拉丝、电线、电缆造粒等各种制品不可缺少的设备之一。

双螺杆挤出机由驱动部分与加工部分组成。
◇驱动部分包括传动箱与电机。根据机型特点，交流电机及直流电机可供选择。传动箱采用平行三轴式结构，具有液位计低油位报警、过滤阻塞超压报警的功能。
◇加工部分由两根同向旋转的螺杆芯轴、螺杆元件、筒体组成。筒体有闭合筒体、喂料筒体、排气筒体。螺杆长径比可根据加工工艺调整，螺杆元件随加工物料性能组合，可实现物料的输送、混合、塑化、剪切和脱挥。粒料、粉料、液体料可分别通过主喂料料斗、侧喂料料斗或液体计量装置加入,也可采用失重式多路喂料计量系

The pipe extrusion:

Plate and sheet material extruding:
Applicable to plate and sheet material such as PVC, PET, PS, PP, PC and other different plastic extruding, like silk and bar, etc..

Profile extrusion:
By regulating the rotation speed of extruder and altering screw structure it is applicable to manufacture different plastic profile, like PVC and polyolefin

Modification and granulation:
Being applicable to the different plastic material co-mixing, modification and reinforcing granulation.
