该设备根据客户需求可生产，厚度为0.3mm-25mm,宽幅50mm-2500mm各类板、片材。 螺杆采用特殊混料功能及高塑化能力设计，为使塑料融化，色泽均匀挤出量增高。衣回型模头采用特殊双节流设计，使板材厚薄调整更为精准。温度控制在±1℃可精确控制塑化过程及板材厚薄，平整性。辊成型压棍机采用水平式或垂直式，可自由升降方式在厚板薄板操作过中提供更多选择性，提高板材品质。板材厚薄控制采用螺杆调整及油压压轮双向调整可精确控制板材厚薄度。压辊轮直经为350mm，及双回路冷却系统，配合模温控制机精确控制压棍轮温度使板材，厚薄均匀。

特点及用途

SJSZ系列锥形双螺杆挤出机，配以相应的模具和辅机，可将各种热塑性塑料特别是硬聚氯乙烯粉料直接挤出成管、板、片、膜及异型材等，也可完成对各种塑料的改性及粉料造粒过程，本机采用交流电机，可控无级调速，设有过载保护和故障报警，螺杆芯部油循环，机筒油冷却，并装有真空排气装置和定量喂料装置。

本机主要供挤出软、硬聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯等热塑性塑料之用，它与相应的辅机（包括成型机头）配合，可加工多种塑料制品，如膜、管、板、丝、带、电缆绝缘层及中空制品等，亦可用于造粒。本机设计先进，产量高，塑化好，能耗低，采用硬齿面齿轮传动，具有噪音低，运转平稳，承载力大，寿命长等特点。

Features and application

The series extruders with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC powder into pipe,plate,sheet.film and profile,and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system.The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil,it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
