该机是我公司在吸收国内外有关先进技术的基础上，自行设计的一种机型，该机可将两股或三股的纱线合并为一股，可卷绕成圆柱筒子，适用于棉，毛，涤化纤及混纺等纱线的合股加工。

JL328A并纱机实行机电一体化设计制造，结构简练，易于安装调试，操作方便，并具有中央电脑程序设置，单锭电机，电子定长，满筒自停，电子防叠，变频调速，单锭控制，断纱自停，各锭清零，数据记忆等功能。
