1.范围

本标准规定了创炜达汽车氧吧系列，电子驱虫鼠器系列，按摩器系列产品“三包”期内修理、更换、退货的责任及规定。

本标准适用于使用创炜达汽车氧吧，电子驱虫鼠器，按摩器的用户。

2.引用文件

《部分商品修理更换退货责任规定》（简称“三包”规定）

3.职责

3.1市场部技术服务科负责本“三包”规定监督落实及归口管理。

3.2市场部各销售公司、经销商、售后服务中心、服务网点负责对星星产品的修理、更换、退货。

4.管理内容与方法

4.1包修期限及范围

4.1.1本公司产品实行谁经销谁负责的“三包”原则。经销商与服务网点要相互配合共同搞好售前、售中、售后服务工作。消费者凭有效的购买凭证（出厂日期超过三年的产品必须提供国家规定的正式有效的发票），保修证到就近服务网点修理，服务网点不得拒绝用户的正当要求。

4.1.2本公司包修一年，90天包换。

产品在不是人为操作不当损坏下我公司无条件包修一年。出厂90天内包换条件为产品外观和质量出现问题可到本公司兑换新货，但需兑换产品的包装和外观需保持没有损坏。

4.1.3OEM合同产品的保修同上述条件一样，如有特殊要求按相关协议办理。

4.1.4凡属下列情况之一者，均不在“包修”范围之内

1保修期以外的产品或无产品保修证、有效发票的产品。

2用户运输、使用、维护、保管不当或其他人为因素造成损坏的。

3电源电压超出规定范围使用，而造成的损坏。

4非本公司特约（自保）服务网点拆动，修理后造成损坏的。

5实际修理产品的型号，编号不符或涂改的。

6因不可抗拒力造成损坏的。

7降价出售的产品、处理品及一次性买断的处理品不予保修。
