一、概述

CRKY、CRKSY、CRKDY卧式中开多级离心泵,主要适用于陆地及海上油田的原油输送，长距离管线输送各种油类，码头油轮油类装卸，各种污水、污油、渣油的输送，高压锅炉给水，合成氨装置的贫液泵，乙烯装置用泵，各种远程输水场合，矿山井下排水，海水淡化工程等。用于固体颗粒含量不超过3%的液体，也可应用于其他化学性质类似的液体输送。被输送介质温度：T=-40℃--+200℃。

结构形式

泵体为卧式水平中开式结构，泵吸入口和吐出口均在泵中开面下方泵壳下部，检修时无需移动管路和电机，操作十分方便。轴承的型式采用径向滚动轴承和推力轴承，润滑采用稀油润滑。轴承的冷却方式：自然冷却、风冷、水冷。泵轴封可采用填料密封或机械密封。

成套供应范围

成套供应泵、电机、公用底座、联轴器防护罩。可根据用户需要配备温度检测系统、振动检测系统。

Construction

The pump is horizontal split casing. The pump inlet and outlet are located under split surface and are horizontally located on two sides of the pump casing, their centerlines are perpendicular to the pump axis.

It is unnecessary to disturb the motor and the pipeline for maintenance , so it is very convenient to operate. The type of the bearing are thrust bearings or rolling bearings. The bearings gets lubricated with dilute oil. The bearing can be cooled by air or by water. The shaft seal uses either packing seal or mechanical seal.
