1       挤料系统/ extrusion system

1. 螺杆：根据原料的加工性能特殊设计，材质38CrMoAlA，氮化处理，硬度≥800，脆性≤2级；/screw: specially designed based on material’s trait, High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA，with nitriding surface HV≥800，brittleness≤2；
2. 机筒：优质氮化结构钢38CrMoAlA，材质38CrMoAlA，氮化处理，硬度HV≥900，脆性≤2级；/ barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA，with nitriding surface HV≥900，brittleness≤2;
3. 驱动方式：变频调速+硬齿面减速箱；/ drive mode: inverter + hard gear surface decelerator;
4. 加热方式：采用陶瓷加热器；/ heating mode: porcelain heaters;
5. 温度控制：采用模块化温度控制；/ temperature controlling: automatic temperature control model;
6. 冷却方式：自动风冷。/ Mode of cooling: automatic fan cooler.

2.模头系统/ die head system

1. 中心进料模头，彻底消除制品汇合线，表面色泽均匀，并且聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯模头可通用；/central ing die head, totally eliminating the converging line of products, the surface is colorful and uniform; this die head is able to be used to match polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC and so on;
2. 可配置双模头（中心距130mm）、肆模头（中心距85mm）；（其他规格须定制）；/ ording to the different product, there is one series of die head for choice, such as double die (center distance: 130mm), Tetra-die (center distance: 85mm);
3. 加热方式：采用不锈钢加热圈；/ heating mode: stainless steel heater;
4. 温度控制：模块化温度控制；/ temperature controlling: temperature controlling model;
5. 开合模、移模装置/ clamping system
   1. 采用大梁臂中心锁模，三点位平衡合模系统；矩形直线导轨+圆柱导轨单工位平移模系统，锁模力大，变形量小，受力均衡，并且移模快速平稳;/ Large arm cylinder axel, three point balance system, rectangular linear guide + cylinder guide single station platen translation system, larger clamping force, minimal distortion, under uniform press, speedy and stable translation.
   2. 可按用户或样品的成型要求改进设计，以提高生产效率。/ Redesign in ordance with the molding requirement of the sample for efficient productivity.
   3. 机台/ Frame：具有升降功能/ it’s able to move up and down。
   4. 液压系统/hydraulic system

液压主系统采用比例压力控制，配置台湾Haitack液压阀，台湾信颂液压泵，具有动作平稳，准确，使用寿命长，响应好等特点/ adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve of Taiwan Haitack and pump of Taiwan Sensor, balanced and urate action, prolonged useful life, sensitive response.；

1. 电气控制系统/ electric controlling system
   1. 电气控制系统采用美国艾默生PLC进行整机的动作程序控制；采用台湾HITECH液晶显示器及触摸键进行整机通讯、参数设定、修改和画面显示；各工艺参数可直接进行设定修改，并且具有较完善的故障诊断功能，画面操作直观，方便/Program controlling withAmerica AmersonPLC; complete machine communication, parameter setting / modification and menu displaying with the Taiwan Hitech liquid crystal display and touch screen; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently。
   2. 挤出电机采用进口变频器控制加合金钢硬齿面磨齿减速箱传动，具有省电，静音，输出螺杆转速稳定等特点/ Extrusion motor with the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation。

   7.安全装置：安全门、安全开关保护/ Safety configuration: safety door, safety switch protectin。
