高精度研磨齿轮传动。伸线轮表面采用高耐磨碳化钨喷涂处理。噪音低，在75分贝以下。伸线部分采用全浸式润滑，与齿轮箱部分隔离处理。整机以双变频控制，张力自动修正。主机采用灰铸铁2 5 0铸造成形，再精加，工而成，无震动、无变形。可与无轴式收线、有轴式收线、立式梅花落线机配合使用。
