Lps331ap是一款将压力传感器和模数转换器集成于一体的数字气压测量模块。该模块小体积(3*3*1mm)，数字输出更有利于产品设计。比传统的mV输出的模拟气压传感器在产品设计中减少了系统放大电路的处理，从而节约了产品成本和占有空间。并且该模块输出的数字信号通过I2C/SPI接口直接与微处理器通信。产品出厂前已经过校准，使用中无需再进行校准。 Lps331ap是一款同时测量气压和温度的传感器，在设计中根据气压、温度及高度的换算公式，通过软件处理也可用来做高度测量。产品小体积，低功耗、高分辨率、低成本得特点，使得其在各个领域中得到了广泛应用；

The sensing element consists of a suspended

membrane realized inside a single mono-silicon

substrate. It is capable to detecting pressure and

is manufactured using a dedicated process

developed by ST, called VENSENS.

The VENSENS process allows to build a mono-

silicon membrane above an air cavity with

controlled gap and defined pressure.

The membrane is very small compared to the

traditionally built silicon micromachined

membranes. Membrane breakage is prevented by

intrinsic mechanical stoppers.

The IC interface is manufactured using a standard

CMOS process that allows a high level of

integration to design a dedicated circuit which is

trimmed to better match the sensing element

characteristics.
