海绵半自动箱式发泡机简介：
主要适用于8-50kg/m3密度范围的软质聚氨脂泡绵生产，采用了大料搅拌全自动控制、灵活的人机界面控制系统，用户可以储存多种不同的发泡配方，也可以随时对配方进行调整或更改,可以生成出各种理想的家私绵、鞋材绵、胸围绵、电子绵，以及适应于包装、制衣和汽车工业用的各种泡绵。
（本机配置：三个大原料罐和四个大原料罐可根据客户要求定做,并有国产原料泵和美国VIKING泵两种配置可供选择）
大料自动进料；
小料手动添加；
搅拌轴，搅拌桶表面不作粘处理；
Semi-auto Batch Foaming Machine
This machine is mostly used to produce soft urethane foam rubber products(density is about 10-65kg/m3). It adopts high autoimmunizations level, flexibly controlling man-machine interface control system, users can store 16kindgs of different formulations, it is desirable fixing to produce foam rubber in furniture, shoes, circumference, electron, clothing industry and automobile industry.
