ZHGF-50型全自动粉剂灌装压塞旋（轧）盖机是在消化吸收德国先进技术的基础上，由我厂自行研制的，是目前国际上具有领先水平的、新型的全自动粉剂灌装、压塞、旋（轧）盖的设备。本机采用圆盘定位式灌装、自动上盖、旋盖，稳定可靠，精度高达99%，本机采用日本全进口高精度封闭式凸轮分度工位器，精度高，运行可靠，使用寿命长。该分度器结构简单，长期使用无需维修。本机主要适用于各种粉剂的灌装、压塞及旋（轧）盖，如青霉素粉末、冰硼散等。广泛用于食品、制药、化工行业及科研领。整机结构紧凑、设计合理，且运转平稳，使用寿命长，适用于微小颗粒、粉剂等，是药厂GMP改造和实现现代化生产的理想设备之一。
