产品摘要
D025-11可剥蓝胶为单组份触摸屏专用绝缘保护用，主要应用于触摸屏中的透明导电玻璃、薄膜的ITO镀膜上，起到绝缘、防潮和保护。使用时通过丝网印刷在PET、ITO膜和ITO玻璃上，烘烤成膜后起到防止材料在后续生产过程中受到污染或划伤的作用。在触摸屏上、下线路粘合之前，可用简易方法剥离，本产品可以一次剥离干净，不会有残留在材料表面或者污染材料。本产品可以在宽泛的温度和湿度范围内体现良好的绝缘保护性能，成膜性极好具有良好的韧性和柔软性。

常见问题与注意事项：
油墨膜只可片状剥离不耐撕或有残胶，可能印刷太薄(网纱太密)或固化不足。
印刷边缘锯齿，可检查印刷线条是否平整，使用专用稀释剂。
未使用完的产品请密封处理，并放置于冷暗指定地点存放。
油墨需经过确定符合质量要求后再进行大批量印刷。
使用本产品时，请做好自身及工作环境的保护，要求必要的通风及消防措施，个人保护。
产品贮存
在阴凉避光、室溫条件下，密封容器内,保质期为6个月。避免高温,暴晒。
安全注意事项:
不可让儿童接触，切勿入口。工作地点的安全措施：手套、口罩、护眼罩等物品必须佩戴。
请保持施工环境通风，并避火源。主体树脂和固化剂均属化学物品，当眼睛或皮肤受到玷污时，应立即擦拭再用流动的清水冲洗，如感觉有不适，应立即就医诊治。
过敏：部份人仕对化学品容易产生敏感的反应，使用时应穿着适当衣物保护（例如手套、面罩）。
为防止液体进入眼睛造成过敏，可在使用胶水时戴上安全眼罩。操作胶水后，进食、吸烟或喝饮料前宜先洗手，以防以摄入胶水的成份。请参考MSDS以便得到更详细的安全数据。
