1.1概述 Brjef description

三螺杆泵包括 3G通用型，3GC船用型及特殊型。三螺杆泵是转子式容积泵，由于主动螺杆与从动螺杆上螺旋槽相互啮合及它们与衬套三孔内表面的配合，得以在泵的进出口之间形成数级动密封腔室，这些动密封腔室将不断把液体由泵进口轴向移动到泵出口，并使所输液体逐级升压，从而形成一个连续、平稳、轴向移动的压力液体。

The three spindle screw pumps consist of general design type 3GC and three screw pumps of special design.The three spindle screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump. Inside the pump casing，as the flanks of teeth of drive screw and idler screws are engaged and the screws are also matched with the three inset holes， several sealed moving chambers are thereby formed in-between the pump inlet and outlet end. These closed chambers will take the medium inside to move from the inlet end axially and let flow pressurized progressively，to have a continuous，constant，axial flow pressured liquid.

三螺杆泵所输液体为各种不含固体颗粒，无腐蚀性油类及类似油的润滑性液体，所输液体粘度为1.2~100°E （3.0~760cst），高粘度液体亦可通过高温降粘后输送。

流量范围0.2~590 m³/h，最高工作压力100bar，最高温度150℃。

The three spindle screw pumps are suitable for pumping various kinds of non-corrosive oil without contents of solid grains and liquids similar to lubricating oils，the viscosity of mediums to be conveyed range from 1.2 to 100°E（3.0 to 760 cst），liquid with a higher viscosity could also

be pumped after heating up（lowering down the viscosity）.

The flow range is 0.2~590m³/h, and the maximum working pressure is 100 bar，the highest temperature is 150℃.

1.2结构特点Structure characteristics

1.2.1结构简单：具有多种结构形式，一般小流量0.2~6.5m³/h，泵的泵体和衬套合为一体(统称泵体)，轴封为机械密封（如：图1）。中等流量以上的泵衬套为一单独的零件固定

于泵体内，大流量泵多制成双吸结构卧式安装，轴封根据输送介质的不同有机械密封和填料密封两种（如：图2）。

Simple in constitution：The pump has quite a few construction forms. General for small flow range 0.2-6 5 m³/h，pump casing and insert is made in one part. Mechanical seal is used as

the pumps shaft seal（drawing 1）. Pumps of middle and big flow range have a separate insert to be fixed in side the pump casing.Big pumps are mostly of a double – suction design for horizontal installation.  For different mediums to be pumped mechanical seals or packing seals could be supplied（drawing 2）.

  船用泵的安装形式有卧式和立式两种，原动机为交、直流船用电动机。

For marine application pumps，installation forms could be horizontal and vertical，with marine AC and DC drivers.

1.2.2寿命长：三螺杆泵的主动螺杆由电动机驱动，生、从杆之间没有机械接触，而由所输压力液体驱使从杆绕轴心线自转，主、从杆之间、螺杆与衬套之间皆有一层油膜保护，因而泵的机械摩擦极小，寿命堪称半永久性。

Long life time：As the drive screw is driven by motor and there is no mechanical contact between the drive screw and the idler screws；the idler screw are hydranliclally driven by the pressured liquid：between the drive screw and idler screw，screws set and insert an oil film is formed， so the mechanical friction is minimized and a longer life is ensured.

1.2.3所输送的液体在泵内作轴向匀速直线运动，故压力脉动小，流量稳定，噪音低，由于转动部件惯性小，则起动力矩和振动很小。

The medium to be pumps is in a manner of constant axial flow movement，so the pressure pulsation is almost eliminated，meanwhile the noise is lowered；and as the moving parts have a very little inertia，the starting torque and vibration is very little.

1.2.4具有高吸入能力。

     Pump haves a very high suction capability.

1.2.5为保证泵，电机及管路系统的安全，中等流量以上的螺杆泵均带有安全阀，当压力超过安全阀的设定压力后，高压油将回流到泵的进油口。

In order to ensure the safe working of pump，motor，piping system，pumps for a capacity higher thean middle flow range are all equipped with safety values. When working pressure is exceeding the setting pressure of values，pressured oil will circulate back to suction chamber.

1.5 3G型螺杆泵输送各种油类时应注意事项

The following points are to be noted for conveyance of oil by three Screw Pump，type 3G：

1.5.1输送40-150m㎡/s的油类最合适，允许按泵的最高工作压力使用。

The pump is most suitable for conveying oils with viscosity of 40~150m㎡/s，application

Of the maximum working pressure of pump is permissible.

1.5.2输送40m㎡/s以下的油类，为保证泵的流量及寿命应降压使用。

When the oil viscosity is below 40 m㎡/s，pressure should be reduced. In application to

ensure the flow and life of the pump.

1.5.3输送150m㎡/s以上的油类，且进油管道过长，弯头过多，泵工作时如产生噪音或振动现象，则应考虑更换低一级的转速的电机运转或缩短吸入管道，减少弯头。

When conveying oil with viscosity 40 m㎡/s，and the oil inlet pipe is too long，with too many bends，if noise and vibration was happened when the pump operating consideration should be taken to use a motor with lower revolution or to shorten the suction piping and reduce the number of bends.

1.5.4 3G三螺杆泵轴伸支承较小，应由原动机经弹性联轴器直联驱动，不得用皮带轮等会产生额外径向力较大的传动方式传动。

The support for shaft extension of three Screw Pump is comparatively small，it should be driven directly by motor though the coupling. Driving by belt pulley and other means of comparatively large radial force is not to be employed.
