功能与特点:
本机床是采用微电脑控制和伺服电机/步进驱动的数控车床、具有车削圆柱面、圆锥面、圆弧面、内孔、切槽加工各种螺纹(包括锥螺纹)等功能。
根据用户需要,供用户参考选择
★数控系统采用:SIEMENS、FANVC、三菱或国产广数、华中、KND伺服控制系统,编程采用ISO国际代码,键盘手动输入,设有断电保护和各种自诊断功能。
★纵横向走刀伺服采用SIEMENS、FANVC、三菱或国产伺服驱动,精密滚珠丝杆传动。
★主轴为变频无极变速;变频器采用日本东芝、汇川等产品。主轴轴承采用哈尔滨、日本NACHI、NSK予加载荷精密角接触轴承,具有高转速、高刚性、低噪声特点。
★刀架有四工位、六工位立式或卧式选用,采用精密端齿盘定位,重复定位精度高或采用排刀架。
★卡具有日本HOWA或台湾液压卡盘、真空吸盘和电动卡盘,配置西德5C夹头及台湾液压尾架。弹簧夹头有气动、手动可选择。
★床身结构合理,钢性特强,抗震性好。床身导轨经超音频淬火、精磨。床鞍采用贴塑、寿命长、精度高。

Customized Configuration
1.Numerical control coefficient use: SIEMENS, FANVC, MITSUBISHI E60 or native GD980, Huazhong, KND100 controllers and servomotors, programming in ISO International Code, Keyboard Manual Data input with power cut-off protection and automaticdiagnosis functions.
2.Cutting in length and breadth by SIEMES, FANVC, MITSUBISHI E60 or native servo motors, precision ball lead screws.
3.Spindles are frequency conversion with limitless speed changes; transducers adopt Japanese TOSHIBA and native INOVANCEproducts, and spindles adopt Japanese NACHI, NSK and native Harbin for contacting transducers in exact angles featured withhigher rotate speed, better steel quality, and less noise.
4.Either vertical or horizontal 4 station or 6 station tool post can be selected. The post is located on precision contritegears with a high repeated positioning uracy.
5.Chucking appliances are equipped with Japanese HOWA or Taiwanese middle-hollow hydraulic chuck, vacuum chuck and huck, installing Germany 5C collets and Taiwanese hydraulic tail frames. Gas powered or manual tailstock is available.
6.The lathe bed structure is reasonable designed with strong steel quality and good anti-knocking quality. ic brakingdevice is provided for spindle stopping, which is safe and reliable. The bed saddles adopt sticky PVF featured with longlifespan and high precision.
