SHLX-PV防雷汇流箱是将最多24路光伏电池组件串的直流输入汇流合成1路输出，每路配熔断丝，输出配备防雷器和断路器，大大简化了直流配电柜及逆变器的输入接线。提供防雷保护，短路保护和接地保护。汇流箱分为智能和非智能两种类型。智能防雷汇流箱内部装有汇流监测单元，能监测每路光伏电池串输入的电流、汇总输出电压、箱体内的温度及防雷器状态、断路器状态等。

SHLX-PV combiner box combines at most 24-channel DC input of PV strings into 1-channel output, each channel is equipped with fuse wire, the output is equipped with lightning protector and circuit breaker, it greatly simplifies the input wiring of DC power distribution and inverter, provides lightning protection, short-circuit protection and ground protection. The combiner box has smart and non-smart two types. The smart lightning-protection combiner box has built-in combiner monitoring unit that monitors the input voltage of each PV string, collective output voltage, temperature inside the box, as well as the status of lightning protector and circuit breaker, etc.

该装置内部布置简洁明了，布线整齐合理。可靠性高，维护简单。户外壁挂式安装，能适应各种恶劣环境。除了相关核心元器件外，其他可按用户要求定制。

Internal of the device is arranged concisely, enjoys orderly and reasonable wiring, with high reliability and easy maintenance. The outdoor wall-mounted type can adapt to all kinds of severe environment. Except for the core components, it can be custom-made ording to your requirements.

3.功能特点Functional characteristics

l        汇流箱的防护等级达到IP65，具备防水、防灰、防锈、防盐雾，满足室外安装的要求.

l        Ingress protection of the combiner box reaches IP65, it is featured with waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, salt fog proof, can be used outdoors.

l        可同时接入多至24路电池串列

l        Put in 24 channels of PV strings at most.

l        每路电池串列的正负极都配有光伏专用熔丝，对组件串出现故障时进行保护，熔断器底座及熔丝配套使用，减少业主后期维护成本，有效保护维修人员的人身安全

l        Positive and negative poles of each PV string are equipped with special fuse wire, which protects the PV string from fault, use matchable fuse holder and fuse wire to reduce later maintenance cost for owner, and guarantee safety of maintenance personnel.

l        采用光伏专用高压防雷器能对汇流后的母线正极对地、负极对地进行保护，持续工作电（Uc）可达到1000VDC。

l        It uses photovoltaic purposed HV lightning protector to carry out protection to the positive pole-to-ground and negative pole-to-ground of bus after combination, the continuous operating voltage (Uc) reaches 1000VDC.

l        汇流箱内的电源模块能够接入最高1000DCV的光伏电压

l        The power supply module in the combiner box can ept PV voltage as high as 1000DCV.

l        汇流箱测控模块采用性能可靠的霍尼韦尔霍尔元件（直流CT传感器），对每一路光伏组串进行电流、母线电压进行采集监测、报警和本地故障定位，并能对汇流箱内的温度进行测量，防雷器及输出断路器的状态检测等。

l        The measure-control module of combiner box adopts high-performance Honeywell Hall elements (DC CT sensor), which carries out monitoring, alarm and local fault location to each PV string, meanwhile, it measures the temperature inside the combiner box, carries out status inspection to the lightning protector and output circuit breaker.

l        汇流箱内的监测模块具备数码显示功能，能在设备上显示每串组件串的电流，母线电压，汇流箱内的温度，断路器防雷器的状态，系统功率及设备地址等相关信息。

l        Monitoring module in the combiner box has function of digital display, it indicates the current of each PV string, bus voltage, temperature inside the box, status of circuit breaker and lightning protector, system power, equipment address and other relevant information.

l        具备RS485/MODBUS-RTU串口通信。

l        It is equipped with RS485/MODBUS-RTU serial port communication.

l        与外部接口部分均有防雷保护。

l        All external interfaces have lightning protection.

l        能接收本地监控装置的参数下载，进行分析处理。

l        Receive and download the parameters of local monitoring device, and carry out analysis processing.

l        汇流箱工作电源可选择外界220VAC/DC或者由汇流箱本身提供的电源供电，如果采用汇流箱本身提供电源，现场可以不需要针对供电单独布线。

l        Working power supply for combiner box can be 220VAC/DC from outside, also can be supplied by the self-contained power supply of combiner box. When using the self-contained power supply, users need not to arrange additional wiring for the power supply.

6.安装与使用Installation and use

6.1使用环境Operating environment

    使用环境无剧烈震动冲击，垂直倾斜度≤5°，空气中应不含有腐蚀性及爆炸性微粒和气体。

The installation site should be free of strenuous vibration or impact, vertical gradient should be≤5°, the surrounding air should be free of corrosive or explosive particles or gas.

6.2安装说明Installation

拆开包装后，认真阅读产品使用手册，核对产品型号、参数是否正确，是否与设备匹配。安装时，把可拆卸活动安装版分别插入箱体底部的安装板插座中，并用两个螺钉固定，再用膨胀螺丝固定到安装位置。

Carry out open-case inspection, read the User’s Manual carefully, make sure that the product model and parameters are right. When mounting, insert the dismountable and movable mounting plate in corresponding socket at the box bottom, fix with two screws, then fixed on the mounting position with expansion screw.

汇流箱必须要进行一次防雷。将汇流箱按接线图接入光伏发电系统中后，应将防雷接地端与防雷地线或汇流排进行可靠连接，连接导线应尽可能短直，且连接导线截面积不小于16㎜²，接地电阻值应不大于4欧姆，否则，应对地网进行整改，以保证防雷效果。安装完成检查无误后方可投入使用。为防止防雷模块失效，应对其工作状态进行定期检查。特别是雷击后，应及时检查。如发现面板上的故障指示灯由“绿色”变位“红色”时，请及时与生厂厂家联系。

Must carry out lightning protection for the combiner box, after the combiner box is connected to the PV generating system ording to the wiring diagram, connect the lightning protection ground terminal to the lightning protection ground wire or busbar reliably, the connecting wire should be has short and straight as possible, whose sectional area should not less than 16㎜², the ground resistance value should not more than 4 ohm, otherwise, the earth screen should be modified to guarantee the lightning protection effect. Only when everything is in right condition after installation, that it can be put into operation. In order to avoid malfunction of the lightning protection module, please check its working status regularly, especially after the lightning stroke, must check in time. If the fault indicator lamp turns to red from green, please contact the manufacturer in time.

安装时，输入输出均不能接反，否则上下级设备及设备本身可能无法正常工作甚至损坏其他设备。

When mounting, make sure that the input and output are connected correctly, otherwise, its host and subordinate devices as well as itself may work out of order and even damage other equipment.  

应定期检查熔断器，防止熔断器处于开路状态，导致光伏发电效率低下。

Please check the fuse cutout regularly, preventing from low PV generating efficiency caused by open circuit of fuse cutout.

箱内所装电器元件均为光伏防雷汇流箱专门定制的产品，不可与普通产品混用，若需要更换请与我司联系。

All components in the box are specially made for the PV combiner box, are different from general products, please contact our company if need replacement.

对设备进行检测或维护时，注意输入输出均可能带电，防止触电或损坏其他设备。

When carrying out inspection or maintenance to the equipment, notice that both the input and output may be live, pay attention to preventing from electric shock, and don’t damage other devices.

6.3通讯及外部电源接线Communication and wiring of external power supply

汇流箱采用标准MODBUS通讯协议，采用RS485通讯方式。通讯及电源端子定义如下图所示。

This combiner box uses standard MODBUS communication protocol, adopts RS485 communication mode. Communication and definition of power supply terminals as shown in the following diagram.

6.4保险丝等级Rating of fuse wire

在任何电力系统中，保险丝被用来保护电子器件免受过电流的危害，如果不加保护，此过电流有可能导致电子器件失灵、过热、损坏甚至起火。如果保险丝等级过大，无法提供保护功能，如果过小，则无法正常工作。因此在选择保险丝时，需要根据光伏组件的额定等级以及相关标准要求而定。

In any electric power system, fuse wire is used to protect the electronic component from harm of overcurrent, if not, the overcurrent may lead to malfunction, overheating, damage and even catching a fire. However, fuse wire of too high rating or too low rating will be failed to provide protection function or work normally, so please select suitable fuse wire ording to the rating of solar panels as well as relevant standards.

6.5直流断路器DC circuit breaker

根据现场的太阳能电池板的相关技术参数（额定电压、电流，短路电路，开路电压等参数）及连接方式，可以计算得出整个光伏系统的开路电压、短路电流等参数。为保证整个光伏系统的安全、稳定运行，断路器的额定耐受电压要大于1.2倍的系统开路电压，额定电流大于1.1倍的系统短路电流。

ording to the technical parameters (rated voltage, current, short-circuited circuit, open-circuit voltage, etc.) of solar panels as well as the wiring mode on site, we can get the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and so on of the whole PV system. In order to guarantee safety and stable operation of the whole PV system, the rated withstand voltage of circuit breaker should be larger than the system open-circuit voltage multiplied by 1.2, and rated current should be larger than the system short-circuit current multiplied by 1.1.
