水平调整件
底座
AISI303不锈钢。
- OS型：无塑料底盘。
- KS型：带天然白色热塑性塑料底盘（聚甲醛基POM），可滑动。
- KR型：带由硬度为73SA的热塑性橡胶（SANTOPRENE）制成的底盘，
不可滑动。
螺杆杆
AISI303不锈钢，供货已装配。
六角螺母
AISI304不锈钢，符合ISO4032的规定，供货已装配。
特征及应用
GN343.6型水平调整件的静载荷受限于螺杆的承载能力（抗拉强度为500N/mm2）。
表中所列静载荷值为球窝的垂直净载荷，且仅适用于OS和KS型水平调整件。在正常工作状态下，侧面及斜向载荷无异常的情况下，承载能力将明显下降。
载荷较大时，应配合GN 343.5（参见第729页）应与抗拉强度较大的螺钉配套使用。我们建议使用带压垫的DIN915型螺杆。压垫须成直角，垫在螺纹孔的底部，以增加球窝内球头的承载能力。
不锈钢具有耐腐蚀性，在特殊的卫生、气候和环境条件下或法律强制要求使用耐腐蚀材料的部门内，所有机械和设备上均可使用由该材料制成的水平调整件。

Levelling elements
•AISI 303 stainless steel baseavailable in different executions:
- without plastic cap (type OS)
- with natural white colourthermoplasticcap(DELRIN)(type KS) gliding
- with 73 Shore hardnessthermoplasticrubber(SANTOPRENE)
(type KR), non-gliding.
•AISI 304 stainless steel hexagon nut.
•AISI 303 stainless steel threaded stem.
The levelling element is supplied assembled.
The static load of the GN 343.6 levelling element is limited by the load
capacity of the stem (tensile strength 500 N/mm2).
The static load values shown in the table below refer to a net vertical load in
relation to the ball socket and refer only to type OS and KS. Under normal
operating conditions side loading or angular loading is not mon and the
load capacity would be considerably reduced. This must be taken into
consideration.
