休闲食品生产线是聚贤公司在吸收国外先进技术的基础上研制、开发并生产的食品加工设备，其技术性能和质量指标均达到国际同类设备的先进水平。该生产线从配料、挤压膨化、烘烤、喷涂直至成品可一次性完成。

工艺组成：

Technical parameter:

1、拌粉机：根据产量的不同选用不同型号的拌粉机，我们根据常用生产线配置来配套此生产线，本生产线选用BF-Ⅰ型拌粉机；

2、双螺杆主机：根据产量的不同选用不同型号的膨化主机，我们根据常用生产线配置来配套此生产线，本生产线选用JDS56-Ⅲ型双螺杆主机；

3、风送机

4、三层烤箱：产量不大时优先选用三层烤箱；

5、调味线：优先选用SGT型双滚筒调味线；

1.mixer:We will install the suitable size mixer for different processing line output,The BF-Ⅰmixer will be suitable for this Fried Pasta Processing line.

2. Extruder:The JDS56-Ⅲdouble screw extruder is selected for the pet food making,as the single screw extruder function,please study other food processing line introduction.
