本系列焊机适用于低碳钢、不锈钢及部分有色金属的点(凸)焊接。焊机的电极传动和加压,采用压缩空气来实现。上电极作垂直运动,并且有平滑调节工作行程和辅助行程的功能,下电极在垂直方向可以调节,因而压力稳定,不因焊件厚度的变化或电极磨损而改变。焊接过程采用微电脑控制器调节,因而控制精度高,质量稳定。本系列焊机由机身,变压器,可控硅、微电脑程序控制器、气路系统、水冷却系统组成。操作时,只需踩下脚踏开关,“予压、焊接、维持、何止”等程序自动完成,所以具有自动化程度高,操作方便、焊接稳定等显著特点,可广泛应用于汽车、航空、航天、机械制造等领域。
DZ系列三相、单相次级整流点(凸)焊机,次级整流点(凸)焊机为气动加压机构。焊机在焊接变压器的次级用硅二极管组进行全波整流,将交流变为直流。这样在次级中感抗小。因此具有功率因数高,功率消耗小等显著特点。能焊接低碳钢、镀层钢板、不锈钢、耐热合金、铝及合金外,还能焊接钛、铜、铌、锆、钽等稀金属材料,以及三、四层等多层钢板的焊接,特别适用于航空、航天、汽车等行业以及大型特种金属构件焊接。
