5、锅炉水容积及气空间大，适应负荷能力强。设计合理的锅内装置，保证蒸汽带水率低于3%，满足用户对蒸汽品质的较高要求。

The big water volume provides better load adaptability. Properly designed boiler inner device ensures the steam and water rate less than 3%.

6、采用新型隔热保温材料，重量轻，散热损失少，保温性能好。

New type of heat preservation insulation materials ensures less heat loss.

7、水位报警器采用不锈钢作电极棒，聚四氟乙烯作绝缘材料。从上方插入，不易挂污，性能可靠，使用寿命长。

High and low water alarm uses stainless steel electrode and Teflon insulating material. It is inserted vertically.

8、前后烟箱为铰链连接，可轻松打开，检修维护维护方便快捷。

B，保护装置Protection device

1、水位实时监控功能：配有电子检测水位装置，实时监控锅炉水位。

2、漏电保护功能：控制系统检测到电热元件漏电后，将自动切断电源。

Leakage protection: The power will be cut off when there is leakage detected by the control system.

3、缺水保护：当锅炉缺水时及时切断燃烧器控制电路，防止燃烧器发生干烧损坏，同时控制器发出缺水报警指示。

Water shortage protection: The combustion control system power will be cut off when there is water shortage along with alarm.

4、超压联锁保护：锅炉内压力超过用户设定值时，禁止燃烧器工作并报警提示。

Over pressure protection: When the pressure is over the preset value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along with alarm.

5、压力控制器、水位报警器、安全阀、极低水位报警等多重安全保护。
