equipments imported from and improved by Corus Company (UK).The first phase of the plant will provide a production capacity of 300 thousand tones/year of
cold-hardened steel coil and 700 thousand tons of cold rolled steel/year, in
total, 1 million tons of steel products per year. Continuous galvanizing line and color coating line are added to the plant, increasing the production
capacity to 1.4 million tons per year. 柳钢冷轧产品由于投放市场时间不长,各项工艺技术有待一进步完善,所以柳钢暂定位于低端市场,机械加工成型方面符合国家相关标准,但不适合于超标的使用.往往在高难折弯及加工时出现爆裂等现象. 柳钢产冷轧产品的表面质量一般,且表面为光面处理,能满足一般情况下的喷漆处理,高附着力要求之喷漆,需要慎用.作电镀处理时,质量相对一般,需要谨慎使用. 板面平直度一般,偶有轻度波,钢卷板面偶有轻微划伤现象.对于较高水平度及表面质量的产品,需要谨慎使用柳钢产品厚度一般负差较大,以1.0MM材料为例,一般厚度在0.9到0.97之间,对于有精密要求的产品慎用.柳钢接近广东市场,价格反应快速,而且运费等相对较低,在市场上价格较低,而且能满足国家相关的技术标准,所以在普通机械加工产品,喷漆类五金件,简单小电柜,小零部件,表现出色,有很大的市场份额.
