高温隧道炉产品说明：

1．隧道炉炉部分外形尺寸:线体总长12米，网带宽1.0米，总高1.6米，出料部分长1米，烘干部分长10米,分为5段，进料部分长1米,冷却区为0.4米,线体大梁支架和箱体外壳采用2.0㎜厚冷板折弯而成，整机外壳高温静电喷塑(非普通油漆)耐腐蚀易清洗，机架用50×50㎜方通焊接而成，配16㎜调节脚杯.  隧道炉
2．隧道炉内胆共5段炉腔，每段2米,炉腔总长10米.内胆材质采用1.2㎜厚SUS#304镜面不锈钢板制作,炉腔总高0.4米,进料口净高度0.2米,设可调节档板,中间100㎜厚高温硅酸隔热岩棉,网带底部配有高温隔热层。使炉体外部不烫手.顶部配有进气口和排气口阀门,可调节室内空气流量,便温度更加均匀.每段炉盖均可独立翻起打开.便于炉内的清洁  
3．    隧道炉 电器部分:电源三相    AC380V，120A，三相五线制,功率43KW，采用2P台湾爱德利变频器变频调速,    配台湾爱德力1.5KW调速电机一台,奥克力牌80型减速牙箱，速比为1:60,配传动齿轮和传动链条,传动速度0.5至6米/分钟任意可调,配独立的控制系统，每段炉腔配台湾爱德力牌运风马达二台，配八寸半运风风轮，炉盖双内层配有运风风槽,发热管内置风槽内,隧道炉  三面循环运风,共计：10台运风马达，每台0.37KW.使炉内温度更加均匀；每段炉腔内装有不锈钢散热片式发热管12条，共计60条,每条600W均匀分布在配在炉腔内部,传输带底部配有隔热层，厚度为80mm,使炉外温度不烫手(温度在50度以下)，每段炉腔配独立的控制电箱和温控系统.方便设置不同的温度.  隧道炉
4． 隧道炉控制部分:每段炉盖配单独的小控置电箱,每段的温度可独立控制和显示,温控系统宣荣牌H721型微电脑智能型数显温控器，配有PV和SV数字显示窗口，隧道炉  采用模块连续缓冲式输出控制加热器,    采用SSR固态继电器输出。颠覆传统过零触发时带来的电流瞬间冲击大、控温波动大等影响，配合性价比极高的E系列4-20MA输出型温控器，可使输出电压平稳线性变化，控温效果更稳定，性能更卓越，隧道炉(可根据温度的误差大小自动调整输出功率的大小)使温度更加精准,    温度室温至200℃任意可调,双温控器控制(设有超温上限温控器,防止因主温控器失控而损坏其产品,功能有PID自整定微积分控制、自动恒温、超温断电报警、漏电保护、电机过载保护等功能,内部温差±3度；分四段八路控制（当到达设定温度时可任意关掉其中几段发热管，降低加热功率，其达到省电效果）。隧道炉  其它控制电路电器均采用进口三菱和日本富士电器控制；前后设有紧急停机按钮.确保安全.箱体前后两段装有多色指示灯,可随时监控炉内的工作情况和故障.链条设有防卡死和报警装置.  隧道炉  
5．隧道炉传动部分:  
采用链条式不锈钢网带,中间配有链条拖动道轨和小滚筒.机头机尾配可调节的主动滚筒,防止网带跑边.网带中间每隔80    mm穿有8厘不锈钢圆钢作为网带加强筋.    网距为8mm*10mm*1.5    mm,底部和上部配有拖动道轨.
