QCM全自动中空吹塑机包括，设备材料适应范围广，适合多品种小批量产品生产用户使用。其开合模系统为平移高精度线性导轨机构，挤出系统为硬齿面减速器，日本进口变频器。模头系统采用特殊钢中心进料挤出模头，全进口液压阀、密封件，电液比例控制。控制系统由日本进口PLC、进口触摸屏、PLC自动温控模块、进口电器元件组成。可配置三模头,四模头或六模头，特别适合洗涤、日化、饮品等包装瓶的大批量生产。
