DP10-Series Differential pressure transmitters
Low Differential Pressure Transmitter DP10 series measure positive pressure, negative pressure and differential pressure. The piezoresistive sensitive element creates a proportional voltage from the pressure applied on the sensor. DP10 series use the patented MEMS design and have multi-range options, configured by DIP Switch.
DP10 series provide 4-20mA and 0-10V output and standard accuracy is +/-1.0%FS, 0.5% also available. Pls call for details if a higher accuracy is needed. Initialization of the transmitter
1. Open the housing, check the DIP switch and set the measuring
range correctly.
2.make the electrical connections correctly,starting an Auto-test for a few seconds. The configured measuring range and output signal will be displayed if the transmitter with LCD display.
3. In normal operation, pls have the 2 pressure connections disconnected and check that the zero reading is correct. pls make an autozero by easily press the ZERO key if any error at zero point.
4. screw the housing and connect the high pressure to the positive pressure port and low pressure to the negative port and now you can start the measurements.
