产品性能特点说明：

Introducation to product features:

1、产品上盖以及主箱体采用电解镀锌钢板为基材，防腐性能高于普通冷轧钢板。

The base material of the upper cover and the main box is electro-galvanized sheet, with highly anti-corrosion than normal cold rolled steel sheet.

2、上盖采用整体拉伸成型的工艺制作而成，坚固性远远高于普通焊接成型工艺，也避免了因焊接所导致的铁板连接部位锈蚀的问题。

The upper cover is fabricated by drawing die set, with much higher strength than welding process. It also avoids the corrosion of the joints caused by welding.

3、上盖底沿口采用了内翻边成型工艺，使上盖更加坚固耐用。同时也避免了使用者投递垃圾时手背上盖边缘划伤的可能性。

The bottom edge of the cover is folding turn edging, which makes them more durable, and also avoids the possibility of scratching the hands by the cover edge when droping rubbish.

4、主箱体采用分解压制成型的工艺制作而成，桶身面板处压制加强筋，使外形更加稳定。

The main box is fabricated by punched molding partly, the panel of the box are reinforced by ribs, makes the contour stable.

5、投放标志采用抗紫外线、耐磨、夹层印刷标志，色彩艳丽，坚固耐用，10年褪色率仅为6.3%，使用寿命在15至20年。

The labels are anti-UV, wearproof, and laminated printed, colorful and duralbe, the fading ratio is 6.3% per 10 years, service life is 15-20 years.

 6、底腿整体压制，由于接触地面方式为外围立式接触，所以在接触潮湿地面时更不宜锈蚀从而大大提高使用寿面

The legs are draw punched by single part, and the leg touchs the ground vertically by edge. It protects the legs from corrosion effectively while contacting the wet floor and greatly improves the service life.

7、中轴式旋转机构加配旋转把手，清理更加方便，清理完毕后箱体自动回位。

Rotating handle and axes make it easy to turn the box, and convenient for cleaning.

 The bin will return automatically after cleaning；

8、内桶密闭加宽围沿，与桶体贴合无缝隙避免垃圾进入桶内间隙处；

The edge of inner bin is extra widened and touches the out box seamlessly, to keep the objects free of falling into the gap.

9、内桶超大容量：由于结构设计科学，充分利用了箱体内空间，使得内桶总容量达到72升；比普通内桶容量增加了1/3；

 Big volume of the bin: The dimensions of the box are well utilized by scientific design. The volume of the bin can reach 72 litres, 1/3 bigger than normal ones.

10、内桶防酸碱腐蚀性能：内桶采用工程塑料制作而成，相比传统镀锌板内桶的防酸碱腐蚀性能可提高数倍以上，由于腐蚀性液体无法穿透内桶，同时也可保护主箱体不被腐蚀；

 Anti-corrosion of bin: inner bin is made of engineering plastics, it is much better than galvanized sheet on resisting the erosion from acid and alkali, and protects the case structure out of rust in the same time. 

11、内桶阻燃性能：由于原材料内添加了适量的阻燃剂，可使内桶在遭遇燃烧物的情况下避免与桶内燃烧物一起燃烧（火势特大除外）.

Inflaming retarding of the bin: Flame Retardant added in the material can help the bin not burning with fire of the rubbish.(except the large fire.)

12、装饰木条为纤维塑胶木，纤维塑胶木是一种新型环保材料，具有超强耐候性以及抗老化性，户外长期使用具有不变形、不褪色、不开裂等特点，使用寿命远远超过高档木材。
