设计特点：
1. 此机台采用四柱型，精密度较高，且四柱分别装置高精密导套，平面度及垂直度可控制在0.02mm以内。
2. 上，下可分别发热控制，公差上下1度，液晶显示，行程可调，下压计时、保压、计数、压力均可调；快慢速装置，快速下压遇模慢行，快速回升。
3. 安全操作，双手按钮、急升开关、上下寸动控制使装卸模具方便，操作简单。
4. 机台上下板及发热板全部经过热处理及电镀处理，长期使用不易变形，可保持精密度，机台的发热管区域全部采用不锈钢网罩，以提高作业员的安全性，机台可加装光电护手及脚踏开关.替代传统式冷冲压，可一次成型，无报废率。
Design features:
1. The machine is of four column type, high precision and four columns respectively equipped with high precision guide bushes. Flatness and verticality can be controlled within 0.02mm.
2. The upper and bottom both have heating control devices, tolerance is within 1 degree. LCD and adjustable stroke, timing, pressure keeping, data counting and pressure all can be adjusted during descending. Set with fast-slow device, fast descend and slow down after touching mold, and fast rebound.
3. Safe operation, pressing button by two hands, with sharp ascending switch and upper-down inching control, make mold unloading more convenient and easily operated.
4. Both upper and lower plates of the machine and heating plate are processed by heat treatment and electroplating, long time use will not deform and keep precision. The heating tubing part of the machine all use stainless steel net to enhance operator’s safety. The machine can install photoelectric armguard and foot switch, which could replace the traditional cold pressing and realize one time molding and zero scrap.
