AbsorbondTM抹巾

AbsorbondTMis the wiper of choice for critical wiping applications where softness,nonabrasiveness and very low Non-Volatile Ressidue(NVR) levels are essential.AbsorbondTMis made of 100% hydroentangled polyester.The hydroentanglement process uses jet of water to mechanically entangle the fibers,eliminating the need for chemical binders.Even though it contains no surfactants,its sorption capacity is five times its weight.This is due to the density of AbsorbondTMfiber structure,which allows for the sorption of liquids through capillary action.
AbsorbondTM抹巾用于对柔软度、无擦伤和低非挥发性残留物(NVR)要求严格的场合.它采用100%的"水缠"聚酯纤维.所谓"水缠"工艺指用喷射水柱的方法缠绕纤维,而避免使用化学黏合剂.尽管不含有表面活性剂,它的吸水容量仍然达到自身重量的五倍,这是因为AbsorbondTM的纤维结构紧密,以至产生毛细作用吸收水分造成的
