技术特点

2、 使用红外线灯管加热，没有油烟污染，没有甘油损耗，功率小，且保温、恒温效果好，又可节省巨额甘油及电源费用。 3、 采用变频器控制，自动正反转装置并可调节转盘运转速度更好的配合现场大货工艺的运动方式，转动时使杯内的液体来回波动，使 染液上色率更均匀，适合各种原料染色，可得到最平整及均染的样布 。
4、采用风冷式降温系统，不需外接水源减少水资源的浪费。
5、在打样时可不同浴比、不同布种随时加样杯，不影响打样速度，升温途中可加样杯。
Technical characteristics
• Equipped with PLC intelligent computer that includes several expressions and monitors real-time working status of lab . • Heat with infrared light pipe, preventing oil-fume contamination and glycol. Featured in small power and good heat-preservation and constant temperature. Save considerable expenses of glycol and electricity fee. • Controlled by frequency converter. Automatic clockwise and anticlockwise rotation devices whose rotation speed of rotary plates is adjustable can better suit on-site process of large-size pieces. Liquor in the cup fluctuates with rotation. Therefore output ratio of dyeing liquor is more uniform. It is suitable for dyeing all materials for most flat and uniformly dyed sample.
• Adopting air temperature cooling system. which needs no water. This is a contribution to water saving.
