H0系列高温溢流染色机是根据用户的具体需求而专门开发的适应范围广，工作性能优异的新型机种，主要用于各类纯棉、纯涤、涤棉、氨纶等针织坯布的前后处理及染色。
    该系列机型的特点是；缩短了坯布的提升高度，降低了张力；采用超低压双溢流喷嘴及无走布管设汁，减少了对布面的冲击避免起毛及擦伤；采用多存布槽结构使单槽布的长度减少，在布速不必加快的前提下，缩短了布匹循环周期以保证匀染性；在最小浴比1：5至最大浴比l：20时均能保证布匹正常运行，因而可适应很多品种不同要求的织物的处染；喷嘴后部装有摆布机构，存布槽底部铺有特氟隆，使枷匹运行平稳顺畅；机内设有多处喷淋清洗没施，使整机污染液死角，避免了染料淤积，减少了洗缸次数，在进行纯棉等织物的非吸尽颜料的染色时特别有利。
    以上所述多种措施加上先进的PLC及电脑控制，使该机综合性能优异，是当前国内用户针织类坯布染色的首选设备之一。
