1.LED light：Keep pressing the button for 2 seconds to make the led one and off. The led light can work for more than 520 hours after full charged.
2.Battery power display：there are 4 lights to show battery power left.

3. Input and output：The input port is Micro USB.You should connect to the USB adaptor or other power supply with USB cable to charge power bank. There two outputs,output1 (1A) and output2(2A)
4. Charge your devices: Connect your device to the power bank with USB cable,then press the button to make it start charging(if no output,the power bank will be off automatically).

Charge IP-019：                                        .
1. Charge UP-03 with Micro USB cable
2.Use the original USB adapterto charge IP-019
3.Connect to computer to charge IP-019
Note：
1.Generally it takes around 15.5 hours to fully charge UP-03 since the battery capacity is high ,say 10000mAh.But it also depends on the USB adapter you use.
--When charging IP-019,you find 4 lights are on and lightsare not twinking,it means the power bank is 95% full.In this case,you can continue to charge UP-03 for around 1.5 hours till full charged.
2.If you find the power bank can’t be charged well,please check the USB cable and the USB adapter.
