手扳式（PULLED）启闭机的安装调整及试车：
之前一定要了解启闭机安装注意事项，机器的安装质量影响使用效果与使用寿命，请用户一定要注意。工程整体质量（如闸槽垂直度、闸门安装质量、吊点位置等）对安装质量有直接影响，用户安装启闭机前须仔细检查工程质量，确保无误后方可与启闭机联接试用。在正式运行前应注意如下事项：
一、清除表面污垢、灰，各润滑点加足润滑油脂；
二、安装时应保证机器与闸门同心度，误差不能超过5MM；
三、机器装上，先行空载运行两个全过程检查有无异常；
四、试车时先提升100MM，检查各部件有无变形、闸门在门槽中的滑动情况，确认无误后方可继续提升，每提升0.5M再检查一次。
