6、 MP65138LINX6200型高速连续式喷墨编码机4台，日产量70万张。
7、HZ200B全自动烫金机6台，根据中 小型厂特点设计，生产出精细完美的优质产品。

电泳金卡和仿金卡的区别
仿金卡:卡色偏显暗淡，时间稍一长卡片表面容易出现褪色、泛痕等现象。真金卡也只是当时卡色金黄，时间一久也失去真金色泽。电泳金卡:采用最新技术制作，色泽有如真金般光泽，具有独特的浮雕立体感，质感倍增，更显金属贵宾卡的尊贵档次。并且能保持产品永不褪色的特点。
金属卡制作工艺须知：
文件格式：cdr、ai、eps、pdf等矢量图
尺寸常用有三种，85mm×54mm、80mm×50mm、76mm×44mm，也可根据客户要求制作其它形状大小的异形卡片。
厚度常用的厚度是0.35mm，也可做0.25mm、0.30mm、0.40mm、0.50mm、0.80mm0.1cm等厚度。
颜色包含丝印三个颜色（或多色），也可做全彩金属卡。
花边可从该公司花边库中选择，也可任意设计。
底纹只能在该公司的底纹库中选择（或按样卡）或由客户自行设计开模制作。
编码 可分印码（也叫平码）、腐蚀凸码、腐蚀凹码、打凹凸码。

会员卡设计尺寸88.5×57mm(四边各含1.5mm出血位);会员卡成品大小 85.5×54mm; 提示 ：会员卡排版时，请将文字等内容放置于裁切线内3mm，会员卡裁切后才更美观；
第一：通过QQ、邮件、快递、网络硬盘、等方式接受订单(设计稿)；
第 二：如果客户没有设计稿由我们帮助设计(设计稿费100-200元之间,5000张以上免费设计).
第三：稿件确 认后由我司负责制作订单,贵公司签字确认(或口头确认)。
第四：客户付定金(现金、银行转帐)后开始制 作.生产周期为(4－10天);

第五：制作完 毕后,付余款发货，发货方式：(自提、快递、汽运、邮递、铁路、空运、）
