BEI Ideacod在重载行业已经有40多年的产品开发和应用经验。在一些大型的传动,包括对大型发电机的速度测量,有相当多的现场经验和应用经验。尤其在风力发电行业全球知名的风机厂商很多都采用我们的产品用于其发电机测速。我们还能够根据客户的现场要求定制编码器。BEI Ideacod的重载编码器(型号:GHK/GHU)具有有如下特点:
(1)重载编码器能够承受常常使标准编码器故障的应用和环境,坚固的设计在于其独特的设计理念以及丰富的设计经验;
(2)陶瓷球轴承(在外壳和编码器轴之间带特殊绝缘电阻)阻止来自大型交流电机和发电机产生的轴电流。我们还专门设计了绝缘缩减环,使得绝缘强度可达到20KV以上;
(3)高径向轴向受力,较之常规型编码器,重载型编码器在抗轴向径向力方面有更强的表现高抗振动抗冲击性,该特性在风力机组尤为重要,相对工厂的稳定环境,风场环境更容易受外界影响;
(4)抗雷击功能,相对于室内应用场合,在野外工作的风力机组更容易受到自然的侵袭。所以,抗雷击功能尤显必要。这些产品,不光是在风力发电机上,在港口机械、船舶上都有大量的应用;
(5)长传输距离,对于分体式机组而言,传输距离要长,除了优良的线缆做保障,IDEACOD 还专门设计了用于远距离传输的电路;
(6)宽温度范围,尤其是低温要求。我们的编码器可以做到-40°C到-100°C,满足野外工作需要;

This unique code is given with the inpidually reading of concentric optical tracks, thanks to an LED and a receiving system of photosensitive cells.
